16. Draw online anytime - Draw Anytime
This site allows you to draw any time, anywhere. According to them you can "draw flowcharts, process diagrams, organizational charts and more." You can also share it with others and save as a jpg. It is all done in the browser with no download.
I checked out this site after reading this post. Sadly, two years after your post, the homepage and user interface hasn't changed a bit and it looks like all development has stopped for this tool.
I kept searching around and thought I'd let you know that the best tool I found (also free) is LucidChart.
For single word translations in AnswerTips, use their Preferences panel.
