Why not do mind mapping on the move, using your iPhone? Above is shown one version - MindMaker. This little application is cut down version as you would expect given the iPhone memory. But there are alternatives, such as iBlueSky from Tenero.However, it is early days, since it is not even clear what you can do with the map once you have created it. But watch this space.

You might want to consider my new graph sketching app, Instaviz: http://instaviz.com.
You simply sketch out circles, squares and link them up, and Instaviz converts them into nicely drawn graphs. Moreover you can export to .gv (the DOT format) or to .pdf to any WebDAV server, including box.net and iDisk (mobileme).
